  • Patty Montagnino, LCSW, is a NASW Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than a decade specializing in trauma recovery. She holds degrees from Hofstra and Fordham Universities and leads a private practice in Matthews, NC, offering therapy to clients in North and South Carolina and coaching services nationwide.

    In 2023, Patty introduced The Ibrido Method—a neuroscience-informed clinical model that integrates elements of Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Memory Reconsolidation, and Progressive Counting. Designed to be trauma-responsive and adaptable, the method reflects emerging research in brain science and offers practitioners a structured, accessible approach to supporting emotional regulation and healing.

    Patty’s work is grounded in compassion, innovation, and the belief that meaningful change begins with healing—when clients feel seen, safe, and supported.

  • Allison is a storyteller, writer, and strategist with over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing. Raised in small-town North Carolina, she received her undergraduate and master's degree from East Carolina University and brings a touch of Southern grit and a generous dose of creative flair to everything she does. Her work is grounded in authenticity and human connection, driven by a mission to help individuals and organizations alike find their voice and use it with confidence.
