Patty Montagnino, LCSW, is a NASW Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than a decade specializing in trauma recovery. She holds degrees from Hofstra and Fordham Universities and leads a private practice in Matthews, NC, offering therapy to clients in North and South Carolina and coaching services nationwide.In 2023, Patty introduced The Ibrido Method—a neuroscience-informed clinical model that integrates elements of Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Memory Reconsolidation, and Progressive Counting. Designed to be trauma-responsive and adaptable, the method reflects emerging research in brain science and offers practitioners a structured, accessible approach to supporting emotional regulation and healing.
Patty’s work is grounded in compassion, innovation, and the belief that meaningful change begins with healing—when clients feel seen, safe, and supported.

Alexis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist-Associate who earned an undergraduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University. He's currently working toward a PhD at The University of North Carolina Greensboro.
